Rule 1075-1. Clerk's Notice to Consumer Debtors Required Under 11 U.S.C. §342(b). The clerk shall be deemed to be in compliance with 11 U.S.C. §342(b), by posting in each public intake area of the clerk's office and by making available to all requesting parties, copies of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts Director's Procedural Form "Notice Required by 11 U.S.C. §342(b) for Individuals Filing for Bankruptcy".
