Rule 1007-3. Statement of Intention. If a creditor is required to provide a reaffirmation agreement or other information necessary for the debtor to timely perform his or her statement of intention under §521(a)(2), and the creditor refuses to provide the agreement or information, then the debtor may, but is not required to, file a motion to compel the creditor to supply the required agreement or information.
