L.R. 3003 – Filing Proof of Claim or Equity Security Interest in Chapter 11 Cases. Unless otherwise ordered, the claims bar date for any creditor or equity security holder whose claim or interest is not scheduled or is scheduled as disputed, contingent or unliquidated is 90 days following the first date set for the 341 meeting of creditors for nongovernmental units and 180 days after the date of the order for relief for governmental units.
