L.R. 3016 – Required Language in Chapter 11 Plan. Every chapter 11 plan shall contain a provision describing what property, if any, of the chapter 11 estate, which vests in the debtor upon confirmation, shall revest in the chapter 7 estate in the event that the chapter 11 case is converted to a chapter 7 case following confirmation, but before substantial consummation.
