Local Rule 6008: Redemption of Property

L.R. 6008 – Redemption of Property. A. Filing and Certificate of Service. The debtor must file with the Court the motion for redemption, the notice, and a certificate of service.
B. Service and Notice. The debtor shall serve the motion and notice thereof on the lien holder and interested parties, in accordance with Rules 9014(b) and 7004 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. The notice shall allow 21 days from the date of filing to file objections.
