Local Rule 9013-2: Certificate of Service
Bankr. S.D. Ill. — General rule
L.R. 9013-2 – Certificate of Service. A. Filing. All pleadings and papers filed in a bankruptcy case pursuant to Rules 9013 or 9014 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure shall comply with Rule 7005(d) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
B. Failure to Comply. The Court may refuse consideration of or strike any pleading or document for which a certificate of service has not been filed or which does not otherwise comply with subsection A above.
