B-1007-4. CORPORATE OWNERSHIP STATEMENT TO BE FILED BY A NON-INDIVIDUAL DEBTOR WITH VOLUNTARY PETITION The Corporate Ownership Statement required to be filed by a corporate Debtor with a voluntary petition under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 1007(a)(1) shall also be filed by a non-individual Debtor.
