B-1016-1. NOTICE OF THE DEBTOR'S DEATH The attorney for the Debtor, or a personal representative empowered to make decisions on behalf of the Debtor's estate, shall file a verified statement of the Debtor's death as soon as possible after verifying that the Debtor is deceased.
