B-9011-1. NON-INDIVIDUALS APPEARING WITHOUT COUNSEL A non-individual or an individual appearing in a representative capacity may not file a petition or otherwise appear without counsel in any case or proceeding but may file a proof of claim, a request for notice under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2002(g), a creditor change of address, or an application for payment of unclaimed funds if signed by an authorized representative.
