Rule 7026-1 UNIFORM DEFINITIONS IN DISCOVERY REQUESTS Civil Rule 26.3 of the Local District Rules shall apply to discovery requests made in cases and proceedings commenced under the Bankruptcy Code.
Comment This rule contains a technical change to reflect a renumbering of the applicable Local District Rule.
