1007–1 LISTS, SCHEDULES AND STATEMENTS
(a) Schedules. If a petition is filed without schedules, such schedules, when filed, shall be accompanied by either (1) a certification by the filer that the schedules do not contain any additional or different creditors or parties in interest or (2) a verified amended mailing list consistent with the schedules, adding or deleting creditors as appropriate pursuant to LBR 1007-2.
(b) List of 20 Largest Unsecured Creditors in Chapter 11 Cases. In voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization cases, the debtor shall file, at the time the petition is filed, the list of the creditors holding the 20 largest unsecured claims pursuant to Rule 1007(d).
