2083–1 CHAPTER 13—GENERAL Chapter 13 Cases—Mortgage Loan Modification. Any party seeking court approval of a trial mortgage loan modification or a permanent mortgage loan modification may file a motion directed to the court. Any such motion shall state whether the trustee should continue or cease distributions on any arrearage. If applicable, a motion to modify the plan shall be filed pursuant to LBR 3015-2.
