3020–2 CHAPTER 11 — POSTCONFIRMATION PROCEDURES Six (6) months after entry of a confirmation order and every six (6) months thereafter, or within such other time as the court may direct, the proponent of the confirmed plan shall file a report and serve a copy of the report pursuant to LBR 9013–3, provided, that the twenty (20) largest unsecured creditors need not be served and, provided further, that any disbursing agent shall be served. Such report shall set forth the actions taken, the progress made toward the consummation of the plan, and the time frame anticipated until a final report and motion for final decree can be filed.
