3070–1 CHAPTER 13 ― PAYMENTS
(a) Preconfirmation Personal Property Lease Payments. Preconfirmation personal property lease payments governed by § 1326(a)(1)(B) of the Code shall be made as part of the total plan payment to the trustee. Following the filing of an appropriate proof of claim, the trustee shall pay the lessor the required payments.
(b) Preconfirmation Adequate Protection Payments. Preconfirmation adequate protection payments governed by § 1326(a)(1)(C) of the Code shall be made as part of the total plan payment to the trustee. Following the filing of an appropriate proof of claim, the trustee shall pay the secured creditor the required payments.
