4002–2 ADDRESS OF DEBTOR
(a) Main Case. The change of address required to be filed by Rule 4002 shall be filed and served by the debtor on the trustee, the United States trustee and all creditors who have filed a request for notice.
(b) Adversary Proceeding. If a debtor is a party in an adversary proceeding, the change of address shall also be filed in the adversary proceeding and served on all parties in the adversary proceeding.
