Local Rule 6008–1: REDEMPTION

6008–1 REDEMPTION If a motion for redemption relates to a motor vehicle, the motion shall state the value of the motor vehicle based upon a valuation from any recognized used vehicle guide or an appraisal, a copy of which shall be attached to the motion. If the suggested redemption amount is less than the amount stated in the guide or the appraisal, the motion shall include an explanation of the difference.
