7001–1 ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS — GENERAL A trustee or a debtor–in–possession, as a plaintiff in an adversary proceeding to avoid preferential or fraudulent transfers, shall file a separate adversary for each defendant unless the defendants are part of the same transaction.
