7005–2 FILING OF DISCOVERY MATERIALS Unless otherwise ordered by the court, disclosures under Rule 26(a)(1) or (2) Fed.R.Civ.P. and discovery requests and responses regarding depositions, interrogatories, requests for documents or to permit entry upon land, and requests for admission shall not be filed until they are used in the proceeding.
