9006–1 TIME PERIODS If a motion to extend the time to take any action is filed before the expiration of the period presumed by the Code, the Rules, the Local Rules, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or court order, the time shall be automatically extended until the court acts on the motion, without the necessity of a bridge order.
