9010–1 ATTORNEYS — NOTICE OF APPEARANCE
(a) Attorney Representation Required. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, in all cases and adversary proceedings filed in, referred to, transferred to or removed to this court, all parties not appearing pro se shall be represented by an attorney who is admitted to practice pursuant to LBR 2090–1.
(b) ECF Registration Required. Any attorney must be a registered ECF filer.
(c) Separate Notice of Appearance Required. A notice of appearance is effective only as to the registered ECF filer who has filed the notice of appearance.
