9015–1 JURY TRIAL Any joint or separate statement of consent to have a jury trial conducted by a bankruptcy judge under 28 U.S.C. § 157(e) and Rule 9015 shall be filed no later than the time the first preliminary pretrial statement is filed or as otherwise ordered by the court.
