LOCAL RULE 1001-1 Matters Not Covered By Local Rules All matters of procedure not specifically dealt with by these local rules are governed by the applicable Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
(All references to the "Court" in these local rules refer to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.)
