RULE 2007-1 APPOINTMENT OF HEALTH CARE OMBUDSMAN Consistent with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2007.2, when a debtor commences a case as a "health care business" as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(27A), the Court shall enter an Order for the appointment of a Patient Care Ombudsman by the United States Trustee, without a hearing, within thirty (30) days of the commencement of the case, unless within twenty-one (21) days a Motion is filed seeking an Order that the appointment of a Patient Care Ombudsman is not necessary.
