RULE 2012-1 CHAPTER 13 - DEBTOR ATTORNEY FEES
(a) The Amount of the Flat Fee. The Clerk's Office Administrative Manual shall contain the amount of the flat fee for representation of a debtor in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case.
(b) What Is Covered by the Flat or No-Look Fee. The Clerk's Office Administrative Manual shall specify which tasks are included in the flat fee for representation of a debtor in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case.
