2004-1 DEPOSITIONS AND EXAMINATIONS A motion for an order requesting a F.R.B.P. 2004 examination must state that movant has made reasonable efforts to arrange a mutually satisfactory date, time and place for the examination and that the entity to be examined has agreed to the schedule or has refused to cooperate in establishing a schedule. A motion and order for a 2004 examination which does not make such a declaration shall not be granted by the court.
