2015-1 TRUSTEES-GENERAL The United States Trustee shall appoint trustees in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 701 and 28 U.S.C. § 586. Interim Trustees shall be assigned to Chapter 7 cases from a blind rotation list according to procedures established between the clerk and the U.S. Trustee or designee.
