2015-2 DEBTOR IN POSSESSION DUTIES The duties of the debtor in possession shall be set forth in the "Order to Debtor-in-Possession" (set forth in the Guide to Practice or on the official website: http://www.lawb.uscourts.gov as such form may be modified from time to time or as determined by the Court. The Order to Debtor-in-Possession shall be executed by the court and filed at the commencement of every Chapter 11 case.
