LBR 1004: Partnership Petition When a voluntary petition is filed by a partnership, evidence of the consent of all general partners must be attached to the petition. If a written partnership agreement permits less than unanimous consent for the filing of a voluntary bankruptcy petition, a declaration to that effect must be attached to the petition.
