LBR 3002: Chapter 12 and 13 Claims To file a Chapter 12 or 13 claim, a signed claim form that includes all necessary attachments in support of the claim as required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3001(c) and (d) must be filed with the Clerk. Claims are deemed filed on the date and time received by the Clerk unless the Court orders otherwise.
