LBR 4001-5: Motions to Extend Stay Unless the Court orders otherwise, the debtor or a party in interest may request a § 362(c)(3) extension of the automatic stay by filing a motion with notice and opportunity to object pursuant to LBR 9013. However, any such motion must be filed within 7 days of the filing of the petition.
