LBR 4004-2: Certification Regarding Domestic Support Obligations In every Chapter 13 case, the debtor must file a written certification that the debtor is current on any domestic support obligation that came due after the case was filed and on any prepetition domestic support obligation to the extent provided for by the plan. (A copy of the Debtor's Certification Regarding Domestic Support Obligations is appended to these Rules as Exhibit 11.) This certification is a prerequisite to receiving a discharge in the Chapter 13 case.
