LBR 9017: Teleconferencing and Videoconferencing The Court may permit a party or witness to appear at any proceeding before the Court by teleconference or video conference. Unless the Court orders otherwise, application to appear by telephone or video conference may be made informally and without a written request if timely notice is given to the other parties. The Court may grant such a request without a written order.
