Local Rule LBR 9019-1: Bankruptcy Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

LBR 9019-1: Bankruptcy Alternative Dispute Resolution Program LBR 9019-1 through LBR 9019-23 govern the Bankruptcy Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (the "Program") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan and supersede LBR 9016-1, which is hereby rescinded.
