LBR 9019-16: Suggestions and Recommendations of Mediator The mediator shall have no obligation to make any written comments or recommendations, but may, at the request of all parties and in the mediator's discretion, provide the parties with a written settlement recommendation to resolve an impasse. No copy of any such recommendation may be filed with the Clerk or revealed, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the Court or Court staff, or be provided to anyone other than the parties.
