Local Rule LBR 9021: Entry of Orders and Judgments

LBR 9021: Entry of Orders and Judgments Unless otherwise directed by the Court, orders and judgments must be prepared in writing by the prevailing party. The prevailing party must serve a copy of the order or judgment on the required parties promptly after entry by the Court.
