LBR 9037-3: Docketed Audio Files The Court may direct that all or part of a digitally recorded proceeding be posted as an audio file on the CM/ECF docket. No transcript of an audio file may be included in a document that is filed, unless the transcript has been prepared by an authorized court reporter.
