Rule 1019-1. Conversion – Amended Schedules Required In a chapter 7 case that has been converted from another chapter, and unless ordered otherwise, the debtor shall, not later than fourteen (14) days after the date of the order of conversion, file verified schedules and a statement of financial affairs reflecting information correct as of the date of the notice or order of conversion.
