Rule 3022-1. Final Decree in Chapter 11 Case As soon as practicable after the confirmed plan has been substantially consummated and the estate has been fully administered, the reorganized debtor, trustee, or other responsible party as designated in the confirmed plan shall file a Chapter 11 Final Report and Application for Final Decree that substantially conforms to the Local Form (See Local Form - MOW 3022-1.1).
