Rule 3071-1. Chapter 13 Business Cases A. Chapter 13 Debtor Operating a Business. A Chapter 13 debtor who operates a business shall periodically provide the Chapter 13 trustee with operating reports. Depending on the trustee's analysis of the business operated, the trustee may require monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual reports.
B. Form. If required by the Chapter 13 trustee, the operating reports must be provided on Local Form MOW 3071-1.1.
