Rule 3080-1. Chapter 13 – Service All pleadings, including amended plans and orders filed in Chapter 13 cases, shall be served on the Chapter 13 trustee and debtor's attorney or debtor, if appearing pro se. The Chapter 13 trustee and debtor's attorney are served electronically and need not be served otherwise. Once a case is converted from a Chapter 13, the Chapter 13 trustee no longer receives electronic notice and shall be served manually with any relevant pleadings pursuant to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
