Rule 3081-1. Chapter 13 Closing Before Confirmation If the plan provides for adequate protection payments, the Debtor(s) consent to the Chapter 13 Trustee retaining their fee on preconfirmation disbursements if the case is dismissed or converted preconfirmation.
