Rule 4004-2. Extensions of Time to File Objections to Discharge / Dischargeability A party filing a motion to extend the time for the filing of a complaint objecting to discharge, or to determine the dischargeability of a debt, shall, on the date of the filing of such motion, serve the motion on debtor and counsel for the debtor. A hearing on such motion shall be held if an objection to the motion, or a request for hearing, is filed by debtor within 21 days after service of such motion.
