Rule 9016-1. Subpoenas Subpoenas for persons or documents for deposition, Rule 2004 examination, hearing or trial, may be obtained from any Clerk's Office in the Western District. As officers of the court, attorneys may sign and issue subpoenas as allowed by Fed. R. Civ. P. 45, as made applicable by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9016.
