Rule 9019-1. Settlement of Adversary Actions Motions to Approve Compromise or Settlement of adversary actions shall be filed in the adversary action, and not in the main case, along with a certificate of service on those entitled to service under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9019, 2002, or other applicable law.
