Rule 9029-1. Local Rules - General These Local Rules adopted pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9029 and General Order of the District Court entered on December 20, 1993 (Appendix 1-2), govern procedure in proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Missouri. The Rules may be modified as the Court deems appropriate to meet emergencies or in the interest of justice.
