2008-1. FILING OF BLANKET TRUSTEE DESIGNATION IN CHAPTER 13 CASES The Court will accept a blanket designation for standing Chapter 13 Trustees in lieu of a separate designation for each chapter 13 case filed in the Western District of New York. A separate designation must be filed in the event of a substitution of trustee so designated under the blanket designation.
