Rule 9006. TIME PERIODS [Former Rule 14D]
9006-1. REDUCTION. If a party wishes to shorten the notice requirements prescribed by Rule 9013 Fed.R.Bankr.P., the party must make written application to the appropriate Judge for an expedited hearing.
