RULE 3022-1 FINAL DECREE IN CHAPTER 11 REORGANIZATION CASE In a Chapter 11 case, the debtor-in-possession or trustee must file and serve a final report and a motion for entry of final decree (Local Form 3022-1) as soon as practicable after entry of an order confirming a plan of reorganization. Local Rules 9013-1 and 9014-1 apply to motions for entry of a final decree.
