RULE 4008-1 REAFFIRMATION All Reaffirmation Agreements and Reaffirmation Agreement Cover Sheets shall substantially conform to the applicable Official Forms and must be complete. The Court, in its discretion, may strike a reaffirmation agreement, without notice or hearing, that is incomplete or has been incorrectly completed.
