RULE 5020-1 MISCELLANEOUS PROCEEDINGS Upon notice served on all parties in interest at least fourteen (14) days prior to the proposed closing, the Clerk shall close a miscellaneous proceeding in which there has been no filing(s) during the proceeding sixty (60) days, provided that a miscellaneous proceeding may be reopened by order of the Court.
